– walking lunges

Hang Power Snatch (6 sets of 2 reps building to a heavy double. Hold on as long as possible for both reps and only for final set drop bar and reset. )
Tuesday Metcon (Time)
15min AMRAP
Wall balls
10-20-30-40 etc.
Pull ups
5-10-15-20 etc.
Double Unders
25-50-75-100 etc.
