Warm-up

P1 – 200m jog
P2 performs
8 plank to press
10 ring rows
6/6 reverse lunge
Then holds a plank until partner returns.

40min AMRAP:
In pairs
800m run together (hold a skipping rope to stay with in 2m of each other)
INTO
20 rounds of (1 round for 1 round)
*Partner when not working is working for max cals on rower or AD – so both people are always doing something!
5 pull-ups
10 push-ups
20 air squats
Into
800m run as singles in relay (other partner stays on machine)
When both people have run the pair is to alternate until the 40min cap

Score is total cals on machine!
