PART ONE:
In Teams of 2

Death By Power Cleans + 250/300 cals on machine

Min 1- partner 1 on machine and goes for max cals
Min 1- partner 2 does only 2 power cleans @ 50/75kg

Min 2- Partner 1 does 3 power cleans
Min 2- Partner 2 chips away at machine cals

Min 3- partner 1 on machine and goes for max cals
Min 3- partner 2 does only 4 power cleans @ 40/60kg

Min 4- Partner 1 does 5 power cleans
Min 4- Partner 2 chips away at machine cals

Two scores:
Finish the goal cals as fast as possible for score 1
Go until power cleans cannot be performed in the minute
*if cals are finished by this point team members will alternate minutes 1:1 as work rest

PART TWO:

Same style workout…. but not on the minute instead relay format

Partner 1 will run 200m
Partner 2 will do Max Air Squats

When Partner 1 gets back, you will switch… until 300 air squats are achieved as a pair
